September’s Study Guide: Prayer 101

September 7, 2017

So we’ve slowly had emails, direct messages and text’s trickling in… with messages like, “Hey, are you guys there?”, “Are you guys closing shop?”, “Where are the Study Guides!”

Well, before we go any further we want to assure you WE AREN’T GOING ANYWHERE!…that is, yet. ๐Ÿ˜‰ We have a very exciting announcement to make in a few weeks about all of that, and where we’ve escaped to for the last few weeks. But for now we can very much assure you that we’re here, and that our work here has only just begun.

To say hello again after our few weeks apart we wanted to dive right back in by announcing this month’s theme, and study guide! As it is the season for sharpened pencils, fresh notebooks, and new teachers, we want to go back to school ourselves by studying a very basic (but oh so important!) topic, PRAYER with the title of this month’s study guide: Prayer 101.

In this month’s study guide we’ll tackle topics like how to make prayer more meaningful,ย and we’ve included something new that we love this month–CHALLENGES!

Prayer is the act by which the will of the Father
and the will of the child are brought into
correspondence with each other.

We hope you are as happy with the guide as we are! We can’t wait to study alongside you. Share your insights and experiences by tagging #thesmallseed over on Instagram, as well as joining our Facebook tribe here, where we’ll be doing the challenges with you!

We’re so happy to be back at school with all of you.

xo,

The Small Seed Team

Thank you for this guide! I recently listened to a podcast of Lizzy Jensen being interviewed. Her story and words of wisdom have inspired me. I made notes and I have been applying the many truths that she shared. I look forward to hearing about the upcoming announcement.
